Dr. Rothmann initially completed a dual degree in Business Administration and Psychology at the University of California, earning both a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology (BS). She then continued her academic career in Health Sciences at the prestigious Massachusetts Institute of Technology (M.I.T.), where she also earned her PhD. Additionally, she remains active as an adjunct professor at leading universities in the United States.

Dr. Rothmann gained her extensive expertise in healthcare through positions at several major medical technology companies in the U.S. and Canada. Furthermore, she served as a strategic consultant and M&A expert at one of the world’s leading consulting firms. At a prominent U.S. investment bank, she managed numerous M&A and post-merger integration projects.

Dr. Rothmann specializes in the medical technology, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and health IT sectors. Thanks to her academic work, she is also a recognized expert in conducting commercial due diligence reviews in the context of M&A transactions.
