Günter Carl Hober completed his studies in Business Administration in Germany and the USA at the University of Regensburg and the UCLA Anderson School of Management, graduating with a German "Diplom-Kaufmann" / Master of Business Administration (MBA).

Moreover, he studied Health Sciences and Technology at the university MIT, where his focus was on medical technology, pharmaceuticals, epidemiology, evidence-based medicine, biostatistics, as well as the research, development, approval, and production of drugs and medical devices.

From 2006 to 2012, Günter Carl Hober served as a lecturer at the Institute of Health Economics at the German Elite Academy in Munich and was a member of its executive board.

Before founding ConAlliance, he gained extensive experience as a consultant at one of the leading "Big Five" consulting firms, where he oversaw the development of corporate strategies, restructurings, and carve-outs, with a particular focus on the global healthcare sector. Subsequently, he worked at an international corporate finance boutique specializing in the healthcare sector, where he was responsible for company sales and the divestiture of large real estate portfolios.
